Hello World!

Hey there! I’m AshK. My name is actually Ashley Kay, but my Dad (who went to Heaven 10 years ago) gave me that nickname so that’s what we’re going with here in my blog. Welcome! This space is an outlet for me to process who I was, who I am, and who I hope to be. I have always been an overthinker and I often find myself so OVER (as in done!) thinking. So this is going to be a space for me to use my love of writing to declutter my mind in hopes that someone may be comforted by the relatability in the thoughts that I share. Just to give you a taste of who I am, I am…a Child of God, a wife, a mother to 3 littles, a former teacher, a current Children’s Ministry Director, and a deep-thinking perfectionist.
